Transformed into an inspiring hero’s journey:

The project is complicated and to many residents it just looked like more expense and more noise. We decided to turn the story around with a 4-minute cartoon that made the project's value to the city obvious while giving residents something to smile about. DC Water has used the video at town meetings, on their website and in key presentations to build support for this ecologically critical effort.
